Before Care
We understand that coordinating your child’s schedule can sometimes be challenging. Whether you need extra time for errands or simply prefer the convenience of not having to pick up your child until later, we’re here to help.
We are pleased to offer HIPHOP Before Care, a service designed for children enrolled in our senior class (grades 3-5) or Masters class (grades 6-8) that begins later in the day. Please note the following details:
Limited Capacity: This service is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is not affiliated with the school’s aftercare program.
Monthly Cost: The cost of HIP HOP Before Care is $21 added to your each installment.
Enrollment Process: Approval is required before enrolling. Please contact us for consent prior to signing up. Contact Us via email.
Important Notification: Parents must inform their child’s school teacher via email that, at dismissal she is to send the child to meet with our team in the cafeteria at 3:00pm to wait for their class. Once your child arrives to the cafeteria our team will instruct them on where to wait for their class. We encourage you to send an extra snack for your child. We also encourage those waiting to dedicate that time to do homework. Some of those who wait rather help the teacher with the younger class, which it would be at the instructor’s discretion.
