Central School Performance!

Hip Hop Hooray is a creative, fun, and unique after school dance program that runs throughout the school year and accommodating children in three age groups. It is a fantastic introduction to dance, conveniently offered during aftercare hours at their school, making it easy for busy parents.

Each class builds on the previous one, culminating in routines performed at our End-of-the-Year Showcase and other potential school performances. Classes starts with a warm-up, followed by choreography taught to today’s hit music, and end with a fun team game.  Not convinced just yet? Our music is carefully reviewed and cleaned, and all routines are age appropriate and approved by the Creative Director. We blend new old school moves to create upbeat routines everyone will enjoy.

Our goal is to teach more than just Hip-Hop.  We aim to build high self-esteem, confidence, and a team-player mentality in children, beneficial in all areas of their lives.

→Just a friendly reminder — we aren’t able to hold spots. Enrollment is based on availability and is confirmed only when both the registration form and payment are received while there is still space in the class. If payment or form is delayed, the spot may be taken by another student.

When: Wednesdays 
Where: Central Cafeteria (we do not leave the school)

  • Junior Class ( Kinder – 1st – 2nd) Wed 8/13  FULL CLASS- DO NOT REGISTER. 
  • Start Time: 3:15 pm (we pick them up from their classroom at 2:55pm)
  • Dismissal : 4:00pm
  • Dismissal Location: Carline for parent pick up.  Students enrolled in aftercare will be taken back to their aftercare location.
  • Senior Class ( 3rd – 4th – 5th) Wed 8/13 – 10 spots available
  • Start Time: 4:15 pm (aftercare students are release to us at 4:05pm)
  • Dismissal : 5:00pm
  • Dismissal Location: Carline for parent pick up.  Students enrolled in aftercare will be taken back to their aftercare location.

NOTES: 

What to wear? ALL 

  1. Students should stay in their school uniform as they are in school premises.
  2. Must wear sneakers for safety.
  3. Children with hair past their shoulder must tie their hair away from their face.

K – 2nd graders:

  • All students are picked up from their classroom at dismissal time.
  • Bus Rider? Our priority is the safety of your children. We can no longer accommodate bus riders as they are dismissed and leave before we can reach them.  

3rd – 5th graders:

  • At 4:00 pm an announcement is done via PA system for the AFTERCARE students to come to the cafeteria.
  • NOT AFTERCARE? Your child must be picked up at dismissal (3:00pm) and brought back to at 4:00 pm to the carline for drop off. We will be there from 4:00-4:10pm dismissing the junior class.
    • LATE FOR CLASS? Drop him/her off by the front office and have him/her walk to the cafeteria.
