Payment Method

First Payment: Paid through our website.
Ongoing Payments: Invoiced via QuickBooks every 4 weeks-Payment Schedule is further below. Once you received you first QuickBooks invoice you can set auto pay on your own.

Fees & Policies:

Pricing:

Registration Fee: $40 per child, per school year (Non-refundable)
Tuition: $95 every 4 weeks, covers approximately 3.7 sessions
Late Fee: $15 added after a 7-day grace period
Late Pick Up Fee: $1 per minute.
Performance Package Cost: Up to $195 (Non-refundable). Includes: 1 dance outfit, 2 showcase tickets, one build in straws water bottle (Does not include props, shoes, socks, undergarments, hair, or makeup)
Additional showcase tickets are $27–$37. All sales are final.
More Detailed: Tuition is structured as an annualized program of 33 classes, which has been divided into 9 equal installments. Each installment represents the equivalent of 3.3 classes. Families pay every four weeks, beginning in August and concluding in April. This structure means the payments are spread evenly, even though the actual number of classes in a given month may vary. Students continue through the end of April, with a few additional classes and the showcase in May already included in the installments paid. Classes have NOT gone up in price however this year we have divided the total yearly amount into 9 payments INSTEAD of 10

Sessions exclude holidays or no-school days. Each session is defined as a 45-minute instructional period, which may include class, rehearsals, activities, presentations, or showcases. Extended school years may include prorated payments.

Withdrawals

Notice: Provide at least 2 weeks’ notice before withdrawal.
No same-day cancellations are permitted. Our team and the school require advance notice to update attendance rosters and dismissal procedures, ensuring each child’s safety and smooth coordination with school staff.
Billing: If need be final invoice will be prorated. Refunds issued by check; unpaid at the moment.
